Return and Exchange Policy

All merchandise may be returned or exchanged by mail or to our store in Goffstown, NH within two weeks of the purchase date. Merchandise must be unused with the tags still attached. 

If returning or exchanging by mail we recommend that you use your own trackable and insured shipping method – Acopio is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Make sure you obtain a tracking number for your records.
